Horn Pond - Sept 6 2010 Bruisers

Went to Horn today, arrived at 5:30AM, and it was kind of chilly (53 degrees). Although it was a slow day, I caught three fish today--two were bruisers! All were caught on a topwater bite. I do, however, feel like I should have switched to a jig when it slowed down, oh well--maybe next time. Im really excited about the fall season, these fish are going to go on a frenzy soon.

Dude- the very next sunday You and the wife went across to the causway- I stayed and KILLED 'em in the cove- Caught 5 nice bass on a topwater popper and had to come back after supper for more! I caught one more before the mosquito's caught me. fish on
